First, I gave all groups a worksheet where they had all the materials we were going to use for our experiment and I told them to think what the experiment will be about before I told them anything...



After they formulated the hypothesis on what they thought we will do with all those materials I told them we will do the experiment about . . . POO!!! And show them these pictures to illustrate jijiji
To start the experiment we placed all the ingredients we will need in a table, visible to all:

Then we started eating bread, biscuits and chocolate, and drinking some cocacola and water.
After, our teeth made the food into smaller pieces:
Once the food is in small pieces, it passes through the esophagus to the stomach, where it is mixed with the gastric juices:
Once the food has become a thick liquid mixed with the gastric juices it is ready to pass to the small intestine, here represented by a pair of thights.
And once the body has absorved the water and all the nutrients it needs, the waste product pass to the large intestine and they abandoned the body through the anus.
